Return the items to us, fully insured. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number where you can be reached during the day, and method of payment. Include a note that explains the item's exact problem, as well.
For fastest service, take a moment and fill out an online RMA request so that we will be expecting your shipment. Detailed information helps our technicians go quickly to the problem, saving time and repair costs.
If you request, we will call you with a repair estimate before repairs begin. Allow longer time for repairs during the rush season (August through December).
