Even the best products sometimes need service. Regardless of whether you simply need a battery change, routine maintenance, or are experiencing problems with your equipment, we will attempt to service your equipment in a timely and efficient manner. However, there are a few things you can do to help.

  1. Don't wait till the last minute to send in your equipment for routine maintenance procedures. Allow longer time for repairs during the rush season (August through December).
  2. Take a moment to fill out our online RMA (Return Materials Authorization) request form. Mail the resulting confirmation back to us with your equipment so that we can quickly identify your customer information as well as any problems you are experiencing.
  3. Return the items to us, fully insured and securely packaged along with your RMA confirmation page.
